Payment/Shipping

Payment

We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard or direct deposit to our bank account (by arrangement).

Card payments are processed via DPS payment system, a secure merchant service that protects the purchaser's information.

 

Shipping

We aim to process and ship out all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders are shipped by courier or NZ Post and typically arrive within 4 days of shipping.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

 

Return Policy

Consumers Guarantee/Refund

We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We cannot accept the return of damaged items
  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the day you received your order
  • We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned later than 7 days after delivery.

When we receive your parcel back at our distribution centre, we will process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of that transaction.

 

Refund of Shipping Costs

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance.
